Ava Spectre

Ava Spectre (アバスペクター, Aba Supekutā) is a Meister who appeared with her partner Chris to aid the group when the DWMA was attacked by Kishin. Ava was heavily injured in the battle, resulting in her death. Having unfinished business in life (namely, the fact that she was unable to make Chris a Death Scythe), Ava is unable to pass on and so became a ghost. She follows Chris around, often teasing her about how cute her new male friends are and that she should "make a move" on them. She was a boy crazy flirt in life, and that has carried on to the after life, and she flirts shamelessly with Soul, Kid, Black Star, and any other male she comes into contact with, usually at Chris' embarrassment. Name Meaning:Ava is a variation of 'Aave', the Finnish word for 'ghost'. 'Spectre' is French for 'ghost'.
